Holiday FAQs & Shipping Deadlines

Chuck E. Cheese has the perfect holiday gifts for all kids! From plushes to our new Chuck E.'s Holiday Gift Box, these presents will bring a smile as soon as they're opened. 

Holiday Ordering/Shipping Deadlines

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories. We offer two shipping options: 

  • Standard Ground 
  • Expedited 
    • Shipping address will determine which mailing provider.

Orders placed on or after December 20, 2021 may not arrive by December 25th.

Order Processing Questions

Q: When are orders processed? 

  • Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days. Our holiday fulfillment team is working hard to get these orders quickly processed, so the FUN is delivered as soon as possible. Our customer service team will reach out to you directly if there's an issue with your order. 

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

  • You will receive email updates when your order has been fulfilled and shipped. You can also check your order status within your account. Once you receive tracking information, you can use tracking # with the mailing providers. 

Q: Can I make changes or cancel my order? 

  • Once an order has been processed/shipped, unfortunately changes/cancellations cannot be made. Once your shipment delivers, you can follow the return/exchange procedures outlined in our Return Policy
